01. Will courses be taught online or in person?
At the moment, the language centre only offers face-to-face lessons. Plans are being developed to include an online option at our language center, and information will be circulated once it is available.
02. Can I study at the language center while attending Methodist University Ghana?
Yes. Students who are already enrolled at the university and want to take a module on the academic program that is not part of a degree program can do so as well.
03. Do I have to take a test after I enroll?
No you do not have to take a test after you enroll.
04. Will I get a certificate on completion?
Yes. you will be awarded an english profficiency certificate on your successful completion of the course,
05.What if I am already familiar with the language?
For varying degrees of language proficiency, there are various academic modules. You can either request student advising services or visit our General English Course page to review the several available modules and select the one that best suits your level of language proficiency.
06. How many courses are available?
Currently we run a General English Course at our Language Centre.
07. Is it possible to apply whilst working?
Our course is open to all and has a very flexible structure which can be easily integrated into your daily schedule.
08. Can an adviser be assigned to me before I enroll?
Without a doubt! We recognize that before committing fully to our course, you might want extra clarification on a few points. Therefore, we are willing to make sure that all of these issues are taken care of. Send us your concerns right here and you will be assigned to an adviser who will respond to you in less than 24 hours.
09. What if I cannot afford full tuition?
Our courses are reasonably priced, and we appreciate that due to socioeconomic circumstances, some students may be unable to pay full tuition. To make the program more accessible, we offer Financial Aid on a need-based and merit-based scale. Visit here to learn more.
